Minimum order quantity of composite strap: 2 units. Prices are lower based on quantity. The price does not include VAT and shipping costs.

Packaging with composite tape is of high quality and comfortable. The composite tape is used as a substitute for steel strips, as it is cheaper, lighter, and safer to handle. The basis of the composite straps is textile tape on which an additional protective layer of polypropylene is applied. Due to this additional layer, the strips are tougher and insensitive to sharp edges and weathering. It is also easier to work with (for example, installing the tape below the pallet). The tape is wound on a disc with a center diameter of 200mm.

Composite strap – strap structure

It is made of high-resistant polyester yarn, which is incorporated in a polypropylene coating. This provides excellent protection against sharp edges and at the same time against the weather. The installation under the pallet is easier than the installation of textile tape.

The tensile strength of the tape and the elongation property they have are similar to those of the steel strip. Combined with these two features and the advantages listed below, this product already replaces the steel strip in the following industries: woodworking, mining, construction, packaging waste, etc. …

Tools and tools for connecting with composite tape

A composite or corded strap can be tensioned by hand or pneumatic binding tools. They can be fastened using a special steel clamp.

Dimensions and tensile strength of composite strips

Dimensions: width of the composite strip of 9 mm-32 mm, tensile strength from 340 to 1500 kg

Winding: The standard internal diameter of the disc is 200 mm, for easy handling and unwinding the disc is inserted into the stripper with these dimensions.
