Highly adjustable and powerful automatic battery-powered plastic strapping tool for any environment and industry

The highly efficient and easy-to-handle ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool is ideal for flat or embossed PET (polyester) and PP (polypropylene) strapping. It is suitable for most environments and industries such as construction, timber and wood processing, metal and glass industries, etc. It performs well at ambient temperatures between 5 °C and 45 °C, ideally at a working temperature between 15 °C and 20 °C to ensure optimum sealing strength and strap tension.

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool offers great flexibility and workflow optimisation thanks to three operating modes. In automatic mode (AUT), a short press of the button tensions the strap automatically, then welds and cuts it. In semi-automatic mode (SEM), the button must be held down; once the set tension value is reached, the tool automatically starts welding and cutting the strap. Manual mode (MAN) gives the user more control: the tension button must be pressed throughout the process; when the set tension value is reached, the strap is welded and cut manually by pressing the welding button. With the ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool, other parameters such as welding time can also be adjusted precisely.

The tension force is adjustable between 400 and 4200 N to provide flexibility during operation.

The ARGON Plus plastic strapping tool is supplied with a standard battery charger that fully charges the battery in approx. 90 minutes so work can continue quickly. It saves energy when not in use by switching to sleep mode. For long-term reliability, worn parts can be replaced easily.
