The highly adjustable GT-XTREME battery strapping tool adapts to any environment thanks to different operating modes—automatic, semi-automatic, manual and soft—ensuring easy handling for the user while delivering the best strapping results. Thanks to its perfect balance, it is easy to handle both vertically and horizontally, while the adjustable front and rear guides allow strapping straps with different dimensions—16/19 mm. The display, ease of use and connectivity of the device, designed for use in harsh environments, increase the efficiency and reliability of plastic strapping.

The GT-XTREME battery strapping tool is the lightest of its kind on the market and is ideal for use under heavy-duty conditions, e.g. in construction, the wood industry, the metal and glass industry, etc.

Thanks to the latest Li-Ion battery technology, it supports a very high number of cycles and stable performance. Depending on the use of the tool, the battery can withstand up to 300 cycles per battery charge and over 500 charge/discharge cycles. The GT-XTREME battery strapping tool enables non-stop work, while the new BMS (Battery Management System) ensures easy checking of the battery status by interacting with the electronic board.

The brushless motor with encoder works with a bevel gear with bevel gears for increased performance. The components are made of stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure a long service life, and maintenance is quick thanks to the easily removable housing.

The clear and user-friendly digital display shows important parameters—operating mode, tension force, welding time and battery charge level—and allows easy adjustment for better performance across different tasks.
