The NEO Plus battery strapping tool displays warnings in unusual circumstances or errors, e.g. excessively high tool temperature, excessively high or low battery pressure or excessively high or low temperature, motor shutdown, a failed start check, etc., to prevent operating problems and ensure optimal tool function so the best results are achieved at all times.

The battery strapping tool is suitable for all types of tasks and delivers optimal strapping results even in dirty environments. However, to extend its service life, it is recommended to check the tool for wear and clean it with a compressed-air gun to remove any particles that could affect its performance.

1. Press and hold the orange button for 3 seconds to start the battery strapping tool.
2. Insert the strap: The operator places the strap around the package or pallet and inserts it into the battery strapping tool.
3. Tension the strap: Once the strap is inserted, the operator presses the button to start the tensioning process.
4. Apply tension: When the operator activates the tensioning mechanism, the tool applies force to the strap and tightens it around the load. The amount of tension applied can be adjusted.
5. Friction welding: After the desired tension is reached, the tool’s sealing mechanism comes into play. For plastic strapping, the tool welds the overlapping ends of the strap through a combination of pressure and friction heat. The battery strapping tool has a motorised wheel that rotates quickly to generate the necessary friction.
6. Cutting the strap: Once the joint is made, the excess strapping material must be cut off. The NEO Plus battery hand strapping tool has a built-in cutting mechanism that automatically cuts the excess strap cleanly.
7. Charging or recharging: Battery-powered strapping tools are equipped with rechargeable batteries. After completing a strapping operation or when the battery is low, the operator can recharge the tool using the supplied charger or replace the battery.
