Service for battery strapping tools
When something is wrong with your battery strapping tool you can immediately contact us and we will send you the address of where you would send it. Since we have multiple facilities we will respond with the address of the service facility that is available at that time, so they can immediately start the repairing.
All services are inside Europe (EU).
When we receive your battery banding tool we will estimate how much time it will take to repair it and what are the costs if the battery hand tool is no longer under warranty. If it takes a longer period of time and the tool is still under Warranty, for a small fee, we can send you a replacement for the time of the repair period. The shipment costs are covered by the customer. When the battery strapping machine is repaired it is tested and only then shipped back to you. If the battery strapping tool is damaged because of a human mistake (perhaps it fell down or something else) we can’t repair it under warranty.
Most spare parts are available or can be supplied relatively fast. There is no warranty on spare parts. For strapping machines (automatic, semi-automatic strapping machines) there is no service on-site. Therefore the customer must arrange the transport to our facilities.

When something is wrong with the battery strapping tool all you need to do is ship the battery hand tool to one of our locations. Our highly trained service team will take care of it.
Replacement when battery tool is on service
If the service/repair took a longer period of time, for a small fee we will send you another battery strapping tool as a replacement for the time your battery strapping tool is in service.

Service for manual and pneumatic strapping tools

Service for electric stackers and electric pallet stackers
Electric stackers and electric pallet stackers have 2 years warranty. For electric stackers and electric pallet stackers there is no service on site. Therefore customer must arrange the transport to our facilities. Most spare parts are available or can be supplied relatively fast. There is no warranty on spare parts. If electric stacker or electric stacker truck are damaged because of human mistake (perhaps it fell down or something else) we can’t repair it under warranty.
Service for carboard baler
Cardboard balers have one year warranty. For cardboard balers, there is no service on-site. Therefore the customer must arrange the transport to our facilities. Most spare parts are available or can be supplied relatively fast. There is no warranty on spare parts. If the cardboard baler is damaged because of a human mistake (perhaps it fell down or something else) we can’t repair it under warranty.
