Since we have multiple facilities we will respond with the address of the service facility that is available at that time, so they can immediately start the repairing.

When we receive your battery banding tool we will estimate how much time it will take to repair it and what are the costs if the battery hand tool is no longer under warranty. If it takes a longer period of time and the tool is still under Warranty, for a small fee, we can send you a replacement for the time of the repair period. The shipment costs are covered by the customer. When the battery strapping machine is repaired it is tested and only then shipped back to you. If the battery strapping tool is damaged because of a human mistake (perhaps it fell down or something else) we can’t repair it under warranty.

Most spare parts are available or can be supplied relatively fast. There is no warranty on spare parts. For strapping machines (automatic, semi-automatic strapping machines) there is no service on-site.
