F7060 2-in-1 heat shrink machine

F7060 2-in-1 heat shrink machine with transparent hoodF7060 is a 2-in-1 heat shrink machine: under one hood it seals the film around the pack, cuts it off and shrinks it with hot air, no separate sealer and tunnel.

The seal area is 700 × 600 mm. The largest pack is 650 mm long, 580 mm wide and 150 mm high, with width plus height under 650 mm; the smallest is 100 × 100 × 30 mm.

F7060 shrink machine: the pack is sealed and shrunk under the hoodThe operator lays the pack into the PVC or POF centre-folded film and presses the hood down: an electromagnet holds it, the nickel-chrome knife seals and cuts, and after about a second the fan shrinks the film. Then the hood opens by itself.

The machine runs on 220 V, 50 Hz, single phase, with a heating power of 5 kW; on average it uses about 2.5 kWh per hour. It packs about 500–800 items an hour.

Industries and Applications: F7060 Heat Shrink Machine

The F7060 is used in food and beverage packaging, publishing, logistics, retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. It is suitable for packing books, magazines, printed materials, gift boxes, electronics, cosmetics, and multipacks of food or household items. The machine is often placed at the end of a production or assembly line, where it wraps and shrinks products for retail display, transport, or storage.

What the shrink machine does for your packing

  • Sealing and shrinking in one. One machine, one place: no separate L-sealer and shrink tunnel.
  • The hood does the work. Pressed down once, it holds, seals, cuts, shrinks and opens again by itself.
  • Clean seals. The nickel-chrome knife does not stick, so it seals continuously without burning the film.
  • You see the pack. The hood is transparent, so sealing and shrinking can be watched and adjusted.
  • Adjustable for each pack. The work rack in the chamber is set in height so the seal line lies in the middle of the pack.
  • Mobile. It stands on castors with brakes and plugs into a single-phase socket.
  • The F7060 fits into a packing process where products are prepared, grouped, or boxed before shrink wrapping. It is often operated by a single worker who loads, monitors, and removes finished packs.

Hood, film and controls

  • 2-in-1: seal, cut and shrink under one hood
  • Seal area 700 × 600 mm
  • Largest pack: L up to 650, W up to 580, H up to 150 mm; W + H under 650 mm
  • Smallest pack 100 × 100 × 30 mm
  • PVC or POF centre-folded shrink film
  • Nickel-chrome sealing knife, stainless-steel heating tubes
  • Transparent hood, electromagnet hold, automatic opening
  • Perforating needle wheel and sliding film holder
  • Adjustable work rack height, castors with brakes
  • 220 V, 50 Hz, 1-phase, 5 kW (about 2.5 kWh per hour)

How to use the F7060 heat shrink machine

  1. Switch on and set the shrink temperature for the film, usually 100–150 °C.
  2. Set the sealing time, usually 0.4–0.6 s, a little longer while the knife is still cold.
  3. Put the film roll on the holder with the opening towards the operator, thread it through the perforating wheel and lead the two layers above and below the work table.
  4. Set the height of the work rack so the centre line of the pack is level with the sealing knife.
  5. Lay the pack into the film, slide both into the sealing area and press the hood down: the machine seals, cuts, shrinks and opens the hood again.

Operator Tasks and Common Issues: F7060 Heat Shrink Machine

Before starting a new product or film type, it is important to test with a few samples to find the best settings. Using the wrong film thickness or material can lead to poor shrinking or film breakage. The operator should also ensure the work area is clear and the machine is not exposed to drafts or low temperatures, as these can affect shrink quality.

Settings and maintenance

  • Shrink temperature. Usually 100–150 °C, depending on the film material and thickness.
  • Sealing time. Usually 0.4–0.6 s. Too long burns the knife and its groove, too short leaves a weak seal or an uncut film.
  • Rack height. The centre line of the pack level with the knife gives the neatest pack.
  • Surroundings. The machine is made for room temperature; the hood and the chamber are hot during work.
  • Maintenance. Switch off and unplug before any work; keep the knife and the chamber clean and cover the machine against dust when it stands idle.

Choosing and Integrating the F7060 Heat Shrink Machine

When selecting the F7060, check the size and shape of your products against the machine’s minimum and maximum pack dimensions. Consider the daily or hourly volume to ensure the output matches your needs. The F7060 is best suited for operations where products fit within the stated size range and where a single operator can manage the loading and unloading process. For very small, very large, or irregularly shaped items, or for integration into a fully automated line, other solutions may be more suitable.

Common mistakes include using films that are too thick or too thin, setting the sealing time too long (which can damage the knife), or not aligning the pack correctly in the chamber. To avoid downtime, keep spare sealing knives available, and follow a regular cleaning schedule for the knife and chamber. Inspect the film threading path for obstructions before each shift.
